Seven Oaks

This new clubhouse was designed for Colgate University’s renowned Seven Oaks Golf Course, celebrated as one of the finest collegiate courses in the country and a sought-after destination for golfers in New York State. The facility features a restaurant, banquet hall, private dining spaces, conference room, indoor and and outdoor cocktail porches, a commercial kitchen, locker rooms, and a pro shop.

Despite housing a multiple commercial programs, the architectural design fulfills the desire of the University to reflect the historic residential charm of the original clubhouse with its gabled roofs, white clapboard siding, and distinctive green shutters. 

The design of the building celebrates its connection to the golf course, with outdoor spaces for dining and events, expansive views from the restaurant, and stunning vistas from the indoor and outdoor cocktail porches of the  golf course and Colgate campus.
